Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://elcantormexicancuisine.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. El Cantor Mexican Cuisine reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, El Cantor Mexican Cuisine markets and arranges Tacos, Burritos, Fajitas, Enchiladas, Nachos. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by El Cantor Mexican Cuisine or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
No Warranties. El Cantor Mexican Cuisine disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, El Cantor Mexican Cuisine's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify El Cantor Mexican Cuisine from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by WA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in WA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
